The market has stayed strong through September. 121 homes were sold in September, which is an increase of 12% over the previous year. The average sale price is up over 32% compared to September 2020, with an average sale price of $307,087. Klamath County homeowners are seeing great increases in equity and property values over the last year.
The average time spent on the market is down 61% from 202, sitting for just 24 days before going under contract. The real estate market is still going strong in Klamath County. We are still sitting strong in a sellers market and the trends continue through what is traditionally the slow season, with no signs of slowing down.
